Synopsis:
Allows you to quickly disable and re-enable booleans on a specific object. Intended for researching shapes using several booleans on a single base-shape.
Tip: This script is part of the TOI Maya Toolbox. It's a collection of scripts with an easy-to-use installer.
The TOI Toolbox is available for download from our general downloads page.
Usage:
- Load the script (source script)
- Launch the interface using the command: toi_booleanTool();
- Select the object to be used and click Use selected
- Enable or disable booleans in the list shown in the UI. You can also change this wireframe display color of de object used for the boolean and show or hide it.

Als je wilt dat Maya het script automatisch inlaadt, moet de naam van het mel-script bestand gelijk zijn aan de naam van het commando dat je aanroept (via een knop in de shelf, of via de commandline). In dit geval dus "toi_booleanTool.mel".
Dit script moet dan in de scripts directory van je Maya profiel geplaatst zijn (My Documents\Maya\Scripts\). (let wel dat Maya opnieuw opgestart moet worden, voordat het werkt. Maya checkt alleen bij het opstarten welke scripts daar beschikbaar zijn).

Maya wil het script niet vinden, ookal heb ik hem in my documents>maya>scripts gezet.. wat kan ik hieraan doen? Hij wil sowieso geen enkel script vinden.
